When an order is placed shesticksout will process and package the order within 5-7 days.

We use USPS ground service. Once your order has shipped you should receive your package within 2-5 business days.

At this time shesticksout does not have a return or refund policy. If you feel your package does not reflect your purchase please reach out directly via the contact form for more information. We will do our best to accommodate requests.

If your tracking information says delivered and you have not recieved your package please wait a few more days as sometimes the tracking system is incorrect.

If you never receive your package please contact USPS as we have no control over the delivery system.
